A View from the Road
Six weeks on the road across the country is a good way to refresh your view of all kinds of things.
More update this week than essay.
My wife and I were introduced to #rvlife last year when we needed to visit some family and had to figure out how to do it in a safe, self-contained way. We knew we would love the chance to see some of our family during an uncertain time when we all struggled with isolation. We didn’t know we would discover that we love traveling this country on the road. So for the next six weeks we will be finding our way from upstate New York to New Mexico and back — some of the time working and just living our usual unusual lives from the road, some of the time properly off the grid to rest.
Being on the road means unexpected conversations with all kinds of folks so expect some new ideas emerging around how the differences in our nation are getting expressed and where we’re headed. Don’t expect to see me in your inbox quite as often this month, but lots of new goodness to come soon.
